Step 1: Reach out!

Step 2: Introductory Session

We’ll schedule a 30-minute pro bono intro session to get to know each other, talk through what you’re navigating, and explore your goals. It’s a no-pressure way to see if coaching feels like the right fit.

Step 3: Complete a Connection Snapshot

Before your first session, you’ll complete a brief Connection Snapshot. The short questionnaire highlights your drivers, values, and challenges so we start aligned on what matters most to you.

Step 4: Schedule Ongoing Sessions & Finalize Partnership Terms
